Sweet 16 Testimonial | Crest Hollow Country Club

Good Morning Uliana and Ryan,

I would like to thank you both for making Kaylas sweet 16 celebration a success!! The room looked absolutely beautiful when we first walked in. Crystal who met me to drop off everything and took all my notes did not even call me to question anything. Nothing was missed and the room looked gorgeous. Thank you Crystal! Uliana, the changes we made were perfect!

The pass around food was a hit, everyone loved every thing that came out. Some of my guests even said wow the food was all piping hot and delicious! I was so busy greeting guests, I am sorry that I missed tasting a lot of it.
Dinner was also amazing!! Again so many of my guests said the food and selections were delicious! I thought I didn't pick enough but I was so wrong. Dessert was also wonderful and a hit with both adults and kids alike. Thank you to the Crest Hollow chefs!

Lastly, the service surpassed our expectations! Our matreD, Jay C (sorry if i spelled his name wrong), was amazing! Because of him everything was perfect and I had zero worry. Thank you Jay C!!
Kaylas attendant, Yasmin was also wonderful. She made sure Kayla was well taken care of all night!
Both Bartenders were also amazing and my guests especially on the adult side loved him! :) And lastly your wait staff, they were all professional and lovely.

I almost forgot to mention, the security (forgot his name), spoke to me and discussed what their role was and I did not even know they were around making sure teens “behaved”. So thank you to them as well!

We are sad that its all over and we only have pictures and video to look forward to. But just like my wedding in 1999, Crest Hollow is still a very exceptional venue and I am so happy Kayla picked you to have her Sweet 16!

Thanks again!!! We will be looking for you in Maybe another 10 years when its time for her wedding. :)
